This talk and class will be led by Kari Marble, a local San Franciscan who has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 25 years. This class will be suitable for practitioners of all levels, including beginners.
What to bring: (1) a yoga mat or at least a towel, and (2) something firm but soft to sit on (e.g., a firm cushion or two thick towels) that will give you at least an inch or two of lift off of the floor.
What to wear: comfortable clothing (clothing that has some give or stretch) for yoga practice.
What NOT to do before-hand: do not eat two hours prior to class.
