Apartment Furnishings

Apartments are furnished with a bed, dresser, couch, light fixtures, end tables, bookshelf, and a kitchen table with chairs. In addition, apartments have a high-speed Internet connection, cable T.V. connection/IPTV service, and a telephone. Some apartments may include a dishwasher and in-unit laundry machines; however, this is not guaranteed in all apartments. Furnishings provided should remain in the apartment unless special arrangements for removal are made with the Associate Director for Facilities and Operations.

Apartment Maintenance

It is important that the staff member and the Student Housing Associate Director for Facilities and Operations work together in setting up schedules and expectations for maintenance of the apartment. Repairs will be made as needed. Repair problems should be reported to the Student Housing Associate Director for Facilities and Operations.
