Important Dates and Updates
- The 2026-2027 Academic Year housing application is live for all students as of February 1, 2026 on USFRooms.
- For information about Continuing Student Room Selection, please go to our Continuing Students page.
- For information about the First Year Residency Requirement and Transfer Student Housing, please go to our First Year and Transfer page.
- For information about Graduate and Law Student Housing, please go to our Graduate and Law Students page.
- The Fall 2026 room change process is open on USFRooms through July for students with a fall housing assignment. The room change process will reopen after the Fall Census Date.
- The Summer 2026 housing application is live now for continuing students! More information is available on our Summer Housing page.
- Important Summer Information:
- Summer Housing Begins: Sunday, May 24, 2026
- Transfer Housing Guarantee: Wednesday, June 10, 2026
- Assignments Released: Monday, June 15, 2026
