Important Dates and Updates
- The 2024-2025 housing application is now live as of February 1st. Application deadlines are as follows: March 1st for continuing students, May 10th for new freshmen and graduate students, and June 10th for new transfer students. All continuing students who apply after the deadline will be automatically added to the waitlist.
- ATTENTION NEW FRESHMEN: Students who submit a housing application by May 15th will be included in our initial assignment process and will receive their housing assignment on June 14th. Those who apply after May 15th will still receive housing but will not receive an assignment until after our initial round of housing placements.
- The fall 2024 early arrival request is available in USFRooms. If you would like to move-in prior to your published move-in date of 8/10 for new incoming freshman students and 8/17 for continuing and transfer students then you can submit a request for review. All requests require approval. If you are approved then you will be charged the daily summer rate. Early arrival requests are not guaranteed.
- The fall 2024 room change process will be open in USFRooms beginning May 31st through July 26th.
- The summer 2024 housing application is available and students will continue to be assigned on a rolling basis.
- Fall Move-In Information:
- Saturday, August 10, 2024 for new incoming freshman students
- Friday, August 9, 2024 for new incoming law students
- Saturday, August 17, 2024 for new incoming transfer, graduate, and continuing students
