Below are the turnaround times for web-related requests or projects from Web Services.

2 weeks	On-line form(s) building

scheduled	One on one shadowing help (Ektron CMS400.net only)
TBD**	New web projects or Multimedia projects

To speed up the time frame on any of these projects, please ensure that your content, images and ideas are documented and developed before the project begins.

* Any USF logo(s) must be approved by Publication before use.
