Students who were academically disqualified cannot apply for readmission without first appealing the disqualification.

For students disqualified from a bachelor’s program in the College of Arts & Sciences or the School of Management (excluding the Bachelor of Arts program in Management), follow the appeals process with the Academic Disqualification Appeals Committee in the Center for Academic and Student Achievement (CASA).

For students disqualified from the Bachelor of Arts program in Management, contact Denise Mostowfi, Director of Academic Coaching and Transition for CASA, at dmostowfi@usfca.edu to appeal the academic disqualification.

For students disqualified from the Bachelor of Science program in Public Health, contact Stacey Kohut, Director of Undergraduate Student Services for the School of Nursing & Health Professions, at sekohut1@usfca.edu to appeal the disqualification. If the appeal is successful, students may submit the Undergraduate Readmissions Application.

Nursing students who were disqualified from the program cannot appeal the decision and, therefore, cannot reapply to the nursing program. Rather, they are encouraged to submit a reapplication for a different program.

International students should contact the ISSS office at myusf.usfca.edu/isss.

Returning students can return as an undeclared major (ie. Undeclared Arts, Undeclared Sciences) with the exception of Undeclared Business.

You must select a major that is currently available at USF.
