Mark your calendars for October 21-27, 2026!
Students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of USF are invited to come together in honor of our transfer community. This week is all about recognizing the unique paths transfer students take and making sure they feel welcomed, supported, and celebrated as part of the USF family.
- Please note that events and times are tentative and subject to change.
- The final National Transfer Student Week schedule will be available on Monday, October 19.

Wednesday, Oct. 21

| National Transfer Student Week Community Lunch | 11:45 AM - 1 PM | Kalmanovitz Hall, Atrium | Come enjoy lunch, conversation, and community as we recognize the relationships that help transfer students connect, engage, and thrive at USF. |
| USF Men’s Soccer Game vs Pacific | 7 PM - 9 PM | Negoesco Studium | Come cheer on the team, connect with fellow transfer students, and enjoy an evening of community and school spirit. All transfer students attending the game will receive a free drink and popcorn. |

Part of National Transfer Student Week, enjoy warm cider and fall treats, meet fellow transfer students, and connect with your Transfer Champion Team. Drop by anytime between 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM. |
| Mass of the Holy Spirit | 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM | St. Ignatius Church | The Mass of the Holy Spirit is a Jesuit tradition dating back to 1548. Celebrated yearly at Jesuit educational institutions worldwide, this tradition marks the beginning of the new academic year. |
| Clip, Cut, Connect Program | 2 PM - 5 PM | University Center, 411/412 | Come get a free haircut from ClipDart, grab a snack, and take a break. Clip, Cut, Connect brings culturally responsive haircuts together with a welcoming Community Lounge where students can recharge and meet others. Enjoy peer-led activities, free snacks and drinks, wellness resources, and casual connections to campus support services. Come for a cut or just stop by and spend some time in the lounge. |

| USF Soccer Doubleheader | 1 PM - 8 PM | Negoesco Studium | Don't let the World Cup excitement wear off. Catch USF women's and men's soccer in a Saturday doubleheader at Negesco Stadium. Your ticket will get you access to the following games:

Silk Speaker Series: Colin Jost | 4 PM - 5 PM | War Memorial Gym at Sobrato Center | The Silk Speaker Series welcomes Colin Jost, Saturday Night Live writer and “Weekend Update” co-anchor, to the Hilltop on **Saturday, Oct. 24** during CelebrateUSF weekend. Don’t miss an evening of comedy with the Emmy-nominated writer, comedian, and author of *A Very Punchable Face*. |

| Major/Minor Fair | 11:45 AM - 12:45 PM | McLaren Complex | Make the most of your academic career: talk with faculty in your major, explore different minors, and other programs that USF offers. In addition, come meet staff from CASA, Career Services, Learning and Writing Center, McCarthy Center, Center for Global Education/study abroad, and pre-health advising. | Study Abroad as a Transfer Student | 5 PM - 5:45 PM | Zoom | Studying abroad as a transfer student is possible with anticipated planning! Join this info session to discover opportunities to spend a semester, summer, or intersession abroad. Register for the session here. |
