Install a Print Driver

For USF equipment - Pharos printer driver is automatically pushed at the start of each semester when you are connected to the USF Network.  If it was not installed on your machine, contact itshelp@usfca.edu

Faculty and Staff also have the option of requesting a "Direct Print Driver" for USF equipment. This allows for the additional option of sending a print job to a department dedicated device for automatic release without swiping in at the MFP device.

For more information and for instructions on how to request this driver from ITS please visit our print driver page.

For Personal Laptop - Mac, PC - Please download the Challenge version of the print driver located on this page.
