Device Locations

USF leverages Pharos cost accounting software to facilitate printing, copying, scanning and faxing. Print jobs may be initiated from computers, then retrieved from an accessible multi-functional printer (MFP) within 2 hours. Copying, scanning and faxing may be accessed on MFPs by tapping with One Card or manual login with USF credentials.

Residence Halls: Residence hall devices are located in common spaces, available students or others with building access.

Public Devices: Public devices are located in public spaces throughout campus and available for use by all members of the USF community.

Department Devices: Department devices are strategically placed in secure locations throughout campus and designated for use by Faculty, Staff and Student Employees only. A department MFP device is not accessible to the public or students.

Other Campus Locations: Devices located in Pleasanton, San Francisco Downtown, Sacramento and Orange County, CA are accessible to all members of the USF community.

Important Reminder: Relocating MFP Equipment

For departments participating in the University Print/Copy/Scan/Fax Program, departments are not permitted to move rented MFP equipment on their own.

All equipment must be relocated by the contracted provider. Submit requests to eprocurement@usfca.edu, and please allow up to 20 business days to coordinate the move with the vendor.

Departments that move this equipment without provider assistance will be responsible for any damages.
