Meet the Compliance and Compensation Team

University of San Francisco’s Compliance and Compensation team is a collaborative and creative partner that will promote a climate of compliance, professional and ethical business conduct, and competitive and fair total compensation programs to support USF’s vision.  The mission of Compliance and Compensation is to support USF by identifying complex compliance requirements and recommending best practices to respective departments. Compliance practices will be based on USF’s core values, emphasizing a respect for and dignity of every person, as well as sound and professional business practices to further USF’s mission. USF's compensation programs will be fair, market competitive, and internally equitable to attract, retain, and motivate excellent faculty and staff to drive USF's mission.
