The purpose of the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Councils (JEDI Councils) is to foster anti-racism, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within the College of Arts and Sciences by assessing and reporting on the needs of students, faculty, and staff within the College, assessing and monitoring the institution’s progress in these domains and by offering strategic advice to members of the Dean’s office.
