The Academic Year 2026-2027 Housing application will become available through USFRooms on February 1, 2026. Student Housing is excited that we have expanded the number of spaces allocated for Graduate and Law students for the 2026-2027 school year.

Academic Year 2026-2027 - Loyola Village (LV), Nagle (NG), St. Anne's (SA):

• Graduate students should fill out this housing application for campus housing consideration.

New Hall: Nagle (2340 Turk Blvd)

• Large single bedroom accommodations
• All units will have a en-suite sinks, toilets and showers.  
• Community gathering spaces that include: social rooms, community kitchens, and study space

Loyola Village Townhouses (Anza Street - North side of main campus)

• Single bedrooms in apartment style accommodations (most in two bedroom units)
• Apartments include full kitchen and full furnished living rooms

St. Anne Hall (1326 14th Avenue - Inner Sunset Neighborhood)

• Single bedroom accommodations
• Community restrooms with fully contained shower and toilet facilities
• Common gathering spaces that include: dining room, community kitchen, and gathering nooks
• All School of Law students can fill this application out for potential placement in St. Anne's. 1L students will be prioritized.

• Graduate/Law Priority Deadline: May 8, 2026
• Assignments Released by: June 15, 2026

While housing has been significantly expanded for graduate students, we cannot guarantee occupancy. We have limited graduate spaces available for the 2026-2027 academic year. We encourage graduate and law students to also seek support from Off Campus Living.
