- Act as a resource liaison between and among students, faculty, prospects, the university community, and members of the public. The program assistant is the direct link between the Department of Military Science and the University of San Francisco.
- Manage administrative processes for graduating (commissioning), incoming, and visiting students from schools such as San Francisco State University, City College of San Francisco, Sonoma State University, and the Academy of the Arts.
- Logistical planning by coordinating with the Events Management team on room reservation, catering, and other essential details, ensuring high attendee satisfaction and engagement.
- Administer reports for ROTC cadets, Military Professors, and staff using Banner and Tableau databases to meet program needs.
- Coordinate with USF stakeholders in the student financial, housing, the Center for Academic Student Achievement (CASA), and enrollment offices for student questions and inquiries.
