For the past 40 years, the Spiritual Exercises have been used as a tool for building leadership in mission at Jesuit universities. Join a conversation with female-identified USF faculty and staff to learn about their experiences with the exercises, insights they gained through the process on the mission of Jesuit education, and the challenges and opportunities inherent in sharing this spiritual tradition in a diverse community.
