Students: Mobile Print
Because learning and collaboration are no longer confined to the classroom or office, the self-service copy/print program has sought to bring flexible and secure printing where you need it and when you need it. With that in mind, we are pleased to announce Mobile Print by Pharos. Mobile Print will provide a path for any USF network connected IOS/Android device user to print from both email & their favorite Apps. Mobile Print provides the flexibility that today’s users demand without the need for installing special print drivers. Print jobs are sent wirelessly over the USF network enabling users to pick up their jobs at any of the 100 plus Xerox MFP devices located throughout the main and regional campuses. It is our hope that Mobile Print will further enrich the learning experience of our students and the effectiveness of our faculty & staff.
How Mobile Print Works
Mobile print works by allowing PDF and other popular file types to be sent to the Pharos print server via Email. Once sent, users are able to retrieve their jobs via the Pharos Secure Release process. Simply utilize your mobile devices ability to send or forward email to:

Pharos Print Mobile App:
Available for Apple iOS and Android Phones and tablets, the Pharos Print App allows user to manage and edit preferences for mobile print. While mobile print functions without the Pharos Print App, this service allows users more control and customization. Currently, Mobile Print is limited to IOS/Android users who are able to connect to the USF network. We are exploring options for users of the USF visitors network and will provide updates as service becomes available.
