Spiritual Wellness
Spiritual wellness is having a set of guiding beliefs, principles, or values that give meaning and purpose to your life. Being a spiritually well person can bring a sense of clarity to the world around us and provide us the opportunity to grow healthy relationships with ourselves and others.

- Multifaith Meditation Room (Tower 123) provides a sanctuary where people of all faiths and religious traditions may retreat for prayer, meditation, and spiritual activities. The space features several design elements or symbols that are represented in all of the world's major religions, including Buddhism, Hinduism, Sikhism, Islam, Bahai, Judaism, Taoism, Confucianism, and Christianity.
- Retreats either on- or offsite give students, faculty or staff opportunities to come away from the demands of life and connect with themselves, their faith and one another in nature or in silence.
