Faculty and Staff Programs

The AAPI Center supports AANAPISI-funded initiatives to build faculty and staff capacity to serve the unique academic needs and circumstances of USF’s AAPI students.

Here's how faculty, librarians, and staff can get involved.

  • Professional learning: Participate in our learning communities to enrichen understandings of AAPI identities and academic needs, enhance culturally responsive advising and curriculum, and engage in dialogue about current pedagogical challenges.
  • Meet new colleagues: Get connected with the Asian Pacific Islander Council, a network of AAPI-identified staff and faculty, and learn more about other staff/faculty collectives on campus.
  • Resource sharing: Visit the AAPI Center and connect students with academic advising, campus organizations, and support with accessing research, student services, and more.
