Dear Faculty and Staff,
An error affecting reservation records in EMS resulted in some booking statuses being updated incorrectly. The Office of the University Registrar (OUR), Events Management & Guest Services (EMGS), Information Technology Services (ITS), and Accruent, the EMS vendor, have worked together to correct the issue. While the vast majority of affected reservations have been restored, a small number of reservations may still contain incorrect booking statuses or reservation details.
Please review your EMS account and confirm that your reservation statuses and booking details are accurate. If you identify any discrepancies, please contact Events Management & Guest Services at eventsmanagement@usfca.edu with the reservation details so that the discrepancy can be reviewed and corrected.
