Incidents of Bias

Bias-incidents can affect everyone.  The Bias Education and Resource Team (BERT) accepts and follows up on reports filed by students, faculty, and staff.  Therefore, any member of the USF community is welcome to utilize the reporting options below.

Note:  If this is an emergency, or you need immediate assistance, please call Public Safety right away at 415-422-2911. 

1. Report Online.
2. Call the USF Dean of Students Office at 415-422-5330.
3. Call USF Public Safety 415-422-4222.
4. Tell other trusted USF employees or one of our trained process advocates.
