In-Person Walk-In

The Office of Financial Aid is currently open for in-person walk-ins. You can text USFDonsHelp to (415) 914-9982, then text "2" to join the line for Financial Aid. You may join the walk-in list when you arrive by scanning the QR code located in front of the SFS Center.

Virtual Drop-In Advising (Zoom)

The Office of Financial Aid will be holding virtual Zoom drop-in advising hours Monday to Friday. Please note any office closures including for holidays at the top of this page. No appointment is required. You will be placed in the waiting room and a financial aid advisor will invite you into the room when available.

Note: The allotted time for the meeting is 15 minutes. You will be seen on a first come first serve basis. You may experience a higher than normal wait time during our peak times. While the waiting room may appear open, we can only meet with you if you join the waiting room by the posted time.
