2024 Non-Union Performance Review Period

The 2024 non-union calendar year performance review process launched Jan. 6. Visit the Performance Management webpage for resources to manage the evaluation process.

Jan. 6–24: Employee completes self-evaluation.
Jan. 27 – Feb. 21: Manager completes employee evaluation.
Feb. 24 – March 7: The manager’s manager reviews and signs the evaluation.
March 10 – March 21: The manager meets with the employee to review the evaluation and complete signatures.
