Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefits and make any updates for 2027.  

The 2027 Open Enrollment period is Oct. 26 to Nov. 6, 2026. Please complete and submit your Open Enrollment task in your  
USFWorks inbox.  

As a reminder, you must submit this task by Friday, Nov. 6 (5 p.m. PT), even if you are not making any changes.

Required Training Renewals Due Nov. 2

All full-time faculty and full- and part-time staff who are due to renew their required training received email notifications on Aug. 17. You can review your Workday Learning transcript and your Information Security Awareness records.
The following trainings are up for renewal depending on when you last completed the courses:

• ITS Information Security Awareness | Required Annually | KnowBe4 Platform
• Anti-Harassment | Required Biannually | Workday Learning
• Workplace Violence Prevention | Required Annually | Workday Learning

All assigned trainings are due Nov. 2
