Starting December 13, 2014, the current Ricoh multifunctional (MFP) devices will be replaced with new Xerox multifunctional (MFP) devices. The new Sharp MFP devices are easier to use and have more features and functions that will allow for mobile printing, scanning to cloud and digital faxing. Authorized users can tap their USF ID card or Copy Card to log on to the device and use their Don Dollars to pay for their personal copy/print transactions. Department users can also charge their department transactions to their department account (FOAP).
