Our mission is to prepare graduate students in the School of Management for meaningful careers and lifelong professional success through innovative career development, experiential learning, and employer engagement. We offer a wide range of resources, supportive services, and events to help students continue to learn and grow at any stage of their career.

Registered students may access all of our offerings through our USF Graduate Career Management portal, 12twenty. Log in now and begin your career journey!

Meet with experts to assist you in crafting your career plan, building your resume & LinkedIn profiles, conducting a targeted job search, networking effectively, interviewing successfully and advancing your career.

Learn about different career success strategies, including how to use AI in your job search and work life, navigate the U.S. job market, network with ease, explore different industries and functions and practice your interviewing skills.

Employer Engagement

Discover the many opportunities to connect with employers in the Bay Area and beyond! Resources offered include job postings, employer partner job referrals, company information sessions, company tours, career fairs and networking events.

Alumni Involvement

Build your network by meaningfully connecting with and learning from USF SOM alumni working in the field. Our alumni are actively engaged with SOM and serve as guest speakers at our career nights, coffee chats, conferences and classroom visits, and serve as coaches and workshop facilitators.
