Spring 2026 Student Elections

The following timeline will be followed and results will be posted here.

Dates to know:

• Apply to become a prospective candidate between March 9 - March 27
• Sign up and attend a MANDATORY orientation date on either March 30/April 1/April 2
• Campaigning Materials Due for Approval (via Google form) | Wednesday, April 8 | 5:00 pm
• Elections and Campaigning Season | Monday, April 13 - Monday, April 24
• Vote!
• Elections End | Monday, April 24 | by 4:00 pm | Online
• Candidate Notification of Election Results | Monday, April 27th | by 5pm | Via e-mail & website

How to Vote

Voting will begin April 13, 2026. Log into the online ballot, view the questions and choices, and make your selections. Only positions in which you are eligible to vote for will be populated on your ballot. Voter eligibility is verified by registrar's records.

• Access the Online Ballot »
• Username: USF student email (example:  student@dons.usfca.edu)
• Password: USF student ID number
• Be sure to complete all sections until you submit your ballot!

Voter Eligibility

The Spring 2026 Election will be open to currently enrolled student and have paid the Student Activity Fee for the semester. A valid USF student ID number will be required to vote.
