Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.

- Loving-Kindness and Compassion Meditation | Monday, Nov. 17, 4-5 pm | Led by University Ministry | McLaren or Zoom

Join us for Daily Mass |Monday – Thursday | 12 p.m. |St. Ignatius Church
- Say thank you to a friend, family member, colleague or yourself
- Write a thank you note
- Count your blessings
- Write in a gratitude journal
- Pray or meditate
- Help a stranger
