Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.
Ways to practice gratitude
- We welcome you to take time enjoy the beauty around us. Join us for the annual Sacred Spaces Gratitude Walk. | Tuesday, Nov. 5, 12-1 pm | Led by Fr. Donal S.J., Meet at the Loyola House, all are welcome!
- Attending the Practicing Gratitude to Boost Happiness Seminar | Wednesday, Nov. 6, 11am-12 pm, led by Concern EAP
- Attending the Relaxation Techniques: Time to Practice Seminar | Wednesday, Nov. 13, 1-1:30 pm, led by Concern EAP

Join us for Daily Mass |Monday – Thursday | 12 p.m. |St. Ignatius Church
- Say thank you to a friend, family member, colleague or yourself
- Write a thank you note
- Count your blessings
- Write in a gratitude journal
- Pray or meditate
- Help a stranger
