CRASE-Data Institute Partnership
The Center for Research, Artistic, and Scholarly Excellence (CRASE) is excited to announce a new partnership with the USF Data Institute! In collaboration with CRASE and led by Dr. Shan Wang & Dr. Cody Carroll, the goal of this partnership is to provide high-quality and consistent analytic support for the data analysis needs of USF faculty.
After providing some basic information on your project or needs, we will partner you with an internal consultant with the required expertise to support your project. You and your consultant should establish an expected time commitment together during your first meeting. We anticipate allocating a maximum of 8-10 consultant hours per project. Should your project require more time than this limit, we highly recommend exploring a collaborative engagement (i.e. co-authorship/PI-ship/developership, etc.) with your consultant.
Throughout the academic year, our goal is to pair you with a consultant within 1-2 weeks of receiving your project description; however, requests received during the summer may take longer to respond to.
We’re excited to announce this new partnership and are hopeful that this will better support our faculty, enhance collaborations across the university, and improve productivity. We look forward to better supporting all of you! If you have any questions about this partnership, and/or would like to be added to the supporting faculty consultant list, please email CRASE at crase@usfca.edu.
