How to Request an Appointment with SDS
To make an appointment with your disability specialist, please do one of the following:
- Call our office at (415) 422-2613
- Email your availability to sds@usfca.edu
- Stop by our office in Gleeson Library, Lower Level 20
Office Hours:
Monday - Friday
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Reasons to meet with your disability specialist:
- Schedule an intake appointment
- Check in or ask questions about your accommodations
- Request a new accommodation
- Seek guidance and/or support regarding your disability needs or accommodations
