People Implementing USF’s One Earth Initiative Action Plan
To implement the action plan, we have established working groups for each of the four priority areas.
Each working group has the following structure:
- Executive sponsor - member of leadership team with decision-making authority
- Two co-chairs
- One member of administration or staff with direct responsibility over the working group’s charge
- A faculty or staff member with expertise in the working group's charge
- Each working group includes a range of institutional members, including representatives from relevant administrative departments, faculty, staff, and students.
Two steering co-chairs, one faculty member and one administrator, facilitate collaboration among the working groups and provide overall coordination for the One Earth Initiative
