Orientation To Your Major

School of Management (SOM)

• School of Management Undergraduates: Join us on Monday, August 21, at 1 PM in McLaren 252 for Orientation to Your Major, followed by a SOM Majors Fair on Tarantino Plaza (outside of McLaren).
• Meet with faculty and current students from all the business majors to get answers to your questions.
• Need help with your schedule? Academic advising will be available, too! We look forward to seeing you there.
• In the meantime, check your USFCA email account on Wednesday, August 16, for an invitation to a special online Canvas course: SOM Undergraduate Fall 2023 Orientation to Your Major. When you accept the invitation, you will have access to video messages from School of Management Dean Otgontsetseg Erhemjamts and others, plus information about SOM majors, clubs, and several key resources.

School of Nursing and Health Professions (SONHP)

• Nursing (BSN) Students: You will receive an email from the Nursing staff (Stacey Kohut) on or before Friday, August 18, that will provide the specific classroom location of your nursing orientation in the School of Education Building located on 2350 Turk Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94118 (we will be breaking you up into groups).
• The orientation will take place on Monday, August 21, from 1 - 3 PM.
• Please plan to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for check-in.
• Public Health (BSPH) Students: Your orientation will take place on Monday, August 21, from 1 - 3 PM.
