Slate

What is Slate?

Slate is a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. It stores information we receive from prospective students and applicants in a database and allows us to track interactions, communications, applications, test scores, materials, event registrations, travel schedules, interviews, webinars, and more.

It features an online application reading system, robust reporting, and predictive modeling. Slate is cloud-based, so you can access it via computer, tablet or phone. They even have an app!

The University of San Francisco currently has two instances of Slate: one for undergraduate and one for graduate. Each instance has a separate login and database of prospective students and applicants. Each instance has a production environment and a test environment.

Slate uses the myUSF single sign on (SSO), so if you are logged in to myUSF and have been added to Slate, you can access your instance from either of these links:

Graduategradapply.usfca.edu/manage
