Incident Review Process

The flow chart below illustrates the review process of possible honor code violations.

Note that reports of severe honor code violations may be investigated by the Academic Integrity Committee (AIC), whether or not a student had prior incidents. When filing a report, you may wish to consult with your department chair and/or members of the AIC.
