USF Employee Resource Groups

What are Employee Resource Groups?
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at USF are voluntary, employee-led communities where staff, faculty, and librarians come together around shared identities, lived experiences, or common interests. ERGs build community, exchange resources, and create space for shared advocacy and professional development. Guided by USF’s Jesuit mission and values, ERGs strengthen belonging and help ensure that employees feel supported and empowered.
Core Principles
- ERGs are voluntary and open to all employees
- ERGs promote understanding, collaboration, and belonging across campus
- ERGs build on USF’s Jesuit commitment to equity, social justice, and inclusive excellence
