Dear USF Community,
ITS will be performing a system maintenance to update the Banner database from Saturday November 2nd, 10pm to Sunday November 3rd, 4am.
During this maintenance, the Banner applications and database will be unavailable, including:
- -Banner Student, including Student Self-Service and Faculty and Advisor Self-Service
- -Banner Finance, including Finance Self-Service
- -Banner Enterprise Job Scheduler by Automic (UC4)
- -Ellucian DegreeWorks
- -Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)
In addition, applications using the Banner Database will experience a disruption in data feeds, including:
- Axiom Elite
- Automic Banner Agent
- Banner Document Management/AppXtender
- Banner ePrint Banner Integration for eProcurement
- Banner Operational Data Store (ODS)
- e.g., Tableau (reports using ODS datasource impacted until the following Tuesday)
- College Board IM Needs Analysis
- Evisions Form Fusion
- Evisions Intellecheck
The impact and required restart include all applications supported by Ellucian Managed Cloud and ancillary systems supported by USF.
