Office Closures
The Department of Public Safety and One Card administrative offices will be closed for in-person assistance starting on Monday, Dec. 19, and will remain closed until the office reopens for normal business hours on Tuesday, Jan. 3. For any questions from Monday, Dec. 19 to Thursday, Dec. 22, please email Public Safety at parking@usfca.edu or One Card at onecard@usfca.edu.
The ITS Help Desk will be closed from Friday, Dec. 23 through Monday, Jan. 2. The Help Desk will be open again on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 8:30 a.m. Hours and locations can be found on the ITS website »
Koret
The Koret Health and Recreation Center will observe limited hours for the upcoming winter and holiday break.
Dec. 17–22:
- Weekends: 10 a.m.–5 p.m. (pool closes at 4 p.m.)
- Weekdays: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (pool closes at 7 p.m.)
Dec. 23–Jan. 8:
- CLOSED for winter repairs and maintenance
- Virtual group fitness classes will continue during the facility closure
January 9–22:
- Weekends: 10 a.m.–5 p.m. (pool closes at 4 p.m.)
- Weekdays: 7 a.m.–7 p.m. (pool closes at 7 p.m.)
Parking
The Lone Mountain Kiosk will be closed starting Friday, Dec. 16, and will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 3.
Valet services in the Koret Lot have ceased operations for the remainder of the year. Services will resume on Monday, Jan. 23.
Shuttles
The USF Safety and Disability Shuttle will continue operations through the evening of Thursday, Dec. 15 (last pickup at 12:30 a.m.). Normal shuttle service will resume on Monday, Jan. 23 at 7 a.m. Students, faculty, and staff on the priority list may call Dispatch and Patrol Services at (415) 422-4201.
