Please be advised that the Hayes-Healy Loading Dock and surrounding areas will be closed to all pedestrian and vehicle traffic from Monday, December 1 through Wednesday, December 3, 2025, due to a scheduled safety improvement project. The affected areas include the loading dock, adjacent walkway, and driveway located at Golden Gate and Tamalpais Avenues. Normal operations are expected to resume on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
During this closure:
- USF Central Receiving will suspend acceptance of incoming deliveries (freight, large shipments, and vendor orders).
- Departments will not be able to pick up packages or mail.
- USF Mail Services will suspend campus mail and package deliveries.
- Visits to the Purchasing and Ancillary Services (PaAS) physical office will also be unavailable; however, the team will remain available via telephone, email, and Zoom during the closure.
PaAS is notifying all Hilltop Shop Marketplace (HTSM) vendors, and USF Mail Services will notify all couriers to hold deliveries until normal operations resume. Departments are encouraged to plan ahead to minimize disruptions during this period.
