Go Move Challenge Week One Summary
The 5th annual Go Move Challenge kicked off Feb. 1 on AJCU campuses from coast to coast – and the early results are record-shattering!
The friendly fitness competition determines which Jesuit institution is the most active during the month of February. Twenty campuses are participating this year, and faculty and staff are busy moving and tracking minutes of movement in real time by on the website created specifically for the challenge, gomovechallenge.org.
All participants are encouraged to post photos and comments on the Go Move Challenge Facebook Group and Instagram pages. You’ll see the activities runs the gamut, from fitness classes and fun runs to yoga and dance. Other activities include department challenges, group walks, desk exercise sessions and shoveling snow!
