Bringing Support to You

The Human Resources team is excited to introduce our new on-site visit service, HR2U.  We want to meet you and your teams where you are, offering in-person support tailored to your department’s needs. Whether it’s during a department or team meeting, a drop-in session, or something more customized, we’re here for you—right in your own space. One-time or recurring—it's your choice! Please provide at least 10 days notice so we can coordinate and make the most of your time with our team.

• Workplace Wellness 
  Information on wellness programs, mental health resources, and other well-being tools.
• Onboarding & Hiring 
  Guidance on hiring processes, job postings, and new employee onboarding.
• Benefits & Leaves 
  Helpful information about benefit plans, leave policies, and time-off procedures.   
• HR Policy 
  We’ll help clarify HR policies and procedures so you can feel confident that you are in compliance.
• Employee Relations
  Advice on managing performance, addressing concerns, or building a positive work environment.

How it Works

• Use the HR2U request form to schedule a visit
• Choose a date and time that works best for you and your team
• Submit your questions
• That's it! A member of the HR team will then contact you to confirm your request.
