Sara Corley (she/her/hers), Saint Joseph's University, Director of the Pathways to Authentic College Experiences, Employment Services, is motivated by the Go Move Challenge and using weights and cardio to reach her daily goals! Keep up the good work, Sara!
Variety is Key
Creighton University hosted an Activity Day where Faculty and Staff participated in a carnival-style lineup of games and exercises to celebrate this year’s Go Move Challenge. Participants earned activity minutes by testing their skills in games such as pickleball, cornhole, and basketball. In addition, these Creighton employees could also get a workout in as there were a number of exercise stations set up including yoga, chair workouts, isometric holds, and laps around the track. Participants collected raffle tickets for each activity they completed. The more they did, the more raffle entries they racked up! Creighton gear and Starbucks gift cards highlighted a very full prize table. It is safe to say, that a lot of Go Move fun was had by all!
