This workshop is for F-1 international students who will be applying for Optional Practical Training (OPT) within the next 12 months. The OPT application process is detailed and for this reason, ISSS requires that students complete the OPT Canvas course before applying. See our OPT webpage for more information for the online OPT canvas course and drop-in advising sessions.

We offer tax workshops to help you understand your U.S. tax filing requirements for non-residents. All international students are required to submit taxes. Attend this workshop to get more information about the process of applying for taxes and about the USF purchased tax software, Sprintax, that you will have access to.
