- Interdepartmental mail typically has a 2-business day turnaround, depending on the department's delivery schedule.
InterCAMPUS Mail (branch campuses) :
Intercampus mail and packages are sent through mail carriers like regular outgoing mail. Please send an email to mailservices@usfca.edu with the following information:
- Sender's:
- First and Last Name
- Department Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Recipient's:
- First and Last Name
- Department Name and Branch Campus Name
- Branch Campus Address
- Phone Number
- FOAP
- Choice of Ground or Express Shipment
- Will this mail/package be delivered to the Mailroom or picked up as part of the regular mail route?
- Does the parcel contain liquids, fragile items, perishables, or hazardous materials?
STUDENTS
- Carriers deliver mail and packages directly to dormitories.
- Ensure mail/packages are correctly addressed and that the student is in the mail delivery database. Inadequately addressed items will be returned to sender (RTS).
- Refer to the Student Housing’s website for address format guidance.
