Tuesday, Nov. 12
Fromm Hall 115 (Berman Conference Room)
The Department of Public Safety is focused on the delivery of exceptional service. The 24-hour communications center dispatchers, uniformed public safety officers, and administrative staff are also committed to ensuring the safety and security of the community while keeping in mind and being sensitive to the cultural impacts policing has had on communities of color.
In our continuing effort to ensure the safety and security of the community, we will be hosting one-hour safety presentations throughout the day that will cover when to call public safety, personal safety tips, emergency preparedness for everyone, and active shooter incidents. Information will be provided, and we will discuss how to prepare for, respond to, and report emergencies.
