On behalf of the Search Committee for USF’s next vice president and chief financial officer, we invite you to complete a brief survey to share your perspectives on the skills, qualities, and leadership attributes most important for the university’s next financial leader. The survey is anonymous and is administered by our search consultants, AGB Search. Your input will help inform the direction of the search and ensure that the priorities and values of our faculty, staff, and students are reflected as this process moves forward.
This search comes at a pivotal moment for the university. It has been more than two decades since this position was last open, and the next vice president and chief financial officer will play a central role in partnering with President Aceves and the community to guide the university’s financial stewardship, strengthen institutional resilience, and support our capacity to advance USF’s Jesuit Catholic mission in the years ahead.
