The Summer 2026 On-Campus Housing Application is Live!

Student Housing is now accepting housing applications for current undergraduate, law, and graduate students who want to live on campus during Summer 2026! In order to be eligible to live on campus, students must be enrolled in at least one summer course. However, we encourage you to still apply for housing if you do not plan to take summer courses but plan to stay in the city for other reasons.

How Do I Apply?

  • Log in to USFRooms
  • Select the button for “Apply for Summer Housing” on the left column of the homepage
  • Select and complete the Summer 2026 application. All student classifications will use the same application.

When is Summer Housing?

  • Undergraduate students: May 24th at 5 PM to August 15th at 12 PM
  • Graduate and law students: June 7th at 5 PM to July 29th at 12 PM

You are not required to stay for the entire length of these periods! Summer housing is flexible and charged at a daily rate based on the length of your stay. Applications for summer will be accepted on a rolling basis, but we encourage you to apply early to ensure your spot.

Where Will Summer Housing Be?

Summer housing for undergraduate students will be primarily offered in Lone Mountain North. Graduate and law students will be offered rooms in the Loyola Village Townhouses. You will have the option to choose between double and single rooms in this building. If you are currently an undergraduate resident of Lone Mountain North, you may apply to keep your same room for the summer. For information on our daily rates, you can visit our summer website. This summer, there is no meal plan required!
