Check payments must be received and processed by the payment due date. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for check processing.
Personal Checks, Bank Checks, and Money Orders

Checks should be made payable to the University of San Francisco. Please be sure to indicate the student ID number on the check.
International Bank Drafts
International Bank Drafts must be received and processed by the payment due date, so please allow 10 to 14 business days for check processing.
Drafts should be:
- Made payable to the University of San Francisco
- Made payable through a major bank in the United States
- Payable in U.S. dollars
Please have your student name and student identification number typed on the draft for proper credit to your account, and mail payment to the following address:

Returned Payment Policy
If your payment is returned by the bank for any reason, you will be subject to the suspension of your current and provisional registration(s). Payment, in certified funds (cash, money order, certified check) of the following fees, in addition to the amount of the item, will be required:
- Re-Registration fee $75
- Returned Check fee $75
Privileges will be permanently revoked for any account with excessive returned payment activity (two or more returned payments issued to the University).
