Information for Students
I know these are uncertain times, and there are many concerns and unanswered questions. Please know USF and SDS are doing everything we can to ensure our students are supported, and that our services continue. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Communicating With Your Specialist
Your SDS specialist will be available M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm. However, we ask that you use email/phone/Zoom to communicate and request appointments through the end of the semester.
To schedule an online appointment with your specialist, please email them directly - if you don’t know who your specialist is or don’t have their email, please call or email the front desk: (415) 422-2613, sds@usfca.edu.
For information on how to use Zoom, please go to the student resource guide.
Accommodations
If you have approved accommodations in place for the Spring 2020 semester, you will still receive them. Because classes have moved online, some accommodations may change. If you or your faculty have any questions about your accommodations and how they may be implemented for online classes, please contact your specialist.
Exam Proctoring
SDS proctoring services will be suspended, and we will not proctor any in-person exams in the SDS office for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester. If you have an exam scheduled during this time, please contact your faculty for information and guidance.
