Monday, April 7, 2025
Continuing Doctoral and Graduate Student registration for Fall 2025 begins at 8:30 a.m. Students who do not register for the fall by August 1 must contact the Office of Student Accounts (StudentAccounts@usfca.edu) to arrange payment before registering.
Doctoral and Graduate Summer and Fall Registration Schedule:
- Monday, April 7, 2025: College of Arts and Sciences
- Tuesday, April 8, 2025: School of Education
- Wednesday, April 9, 2025: School of Nursing and Health Professions
- Thursday, April 10, 2025: School of Management (MBA students by registration access time only.)

Continuing Undergraduate Student registration for Fall 2025 begins. Students may also register for summer classes at this time. Continuing Undergraduate Student registration is by access time only.
Visiting Students also begin registering for Fall 2025.

International Student first day to move-in to on-campus housing. International Student transportation shuttle from SFO to USF.

Mandatory International Student Orientation sessions for Undergraduate and Graduate International Students.

Faculty due back on August 14.

Deadline to withdraw from the University or take a leave of absence for Fall 2025 with 100% tuition refund. See withdrawal refund policy and schedule. New Student Make-Up Advising and Registration.

Students may continue to drop individual courses online up till the Last Day to Drop a course with 100% refund.

Last Day to Drop a course with a 100% Refund (if applicable).
Courses dropped after this date appear with a neutral "W" on transcript.
Last day to change to or from Pass/Fail or Audit option for Fall 2025.

Courses dropped after this date will need a Registration Add/Drop Form with signatures from Advisor, Instructor(s) and Student's Dean.
