Phase 1

There is no phase 1 for Set 1 because they're assumed to be sufficiently aligned and we don't want to delay the start of the assessment cycle.

Phase 2 - Fall 2016

• Syllabi Review and Drafting of Rubrics (CAWG)
• Revision/Finalizing of Rubrics (CAWG +Faculty in Core Area)
• Identifying Student Work Products for Review (CAWG + faculty)
• Rubrics Provided to Faculty (CAWG)
• DEEA analyzes and summarizes core impact survey data collected 2009 - 2014

Phase 3 - Spring 2017

• Sending Invitations to Core Evaluation Workshops (ADAE)
• Orientation Sessions for Faculty Raters/Workshop Participants
• Sample for Rating Workshop Collected (ADAE + CAWG)
• DEEA analyzes and summarizes core impact survey data collected in spring 2017

Rating Workshops (led by CAWG) - Summer 2017

• Calibrating Faculty
• Applying Rubrics to Student Work Products

Faculty are compensated for participation.
