Methods of Payment
The following is a list of available methods for making payment.
Online Payments – The USF bill can be paid easily on line through online e-check payment. We encourage students to pay their bill through this method to ensure efficient and timely payments. To pay now, visit View Pay.
Payment Plan – The University’s payment plan is administered by Higher One, a third-party payment vendor, operating under agreement with USF, and provides a convenient means for paying tuition, fees, and room and board (if living on campus) through regularly scheduled payments. Personal Checks, Bank Checks, and Money Orders – Check payments must be received and processed by the payment due date, so please allow 7 to 10 business days for check processing.
If you are paying by check, make it payable to the University of San Francisco, include the Student ID number and mail it to the address below:

International Bank Wire Transfers (Flywire) – USF has teamed up with Flywire to provide a streamlined way to make international wires for deposits and tuition payments. It's fast, simple, and secure from any country anytime. To learn more, visit the International Bank Wire Transfer details.
International Bank Drafts – International Bank Drafts must be received and processed by the payment due date, so please allow 10 to 14 business days for check processing.
Drafts should be:
- Made payable to the University of San Francisco
- Made payable through a major bank in the United States
- Payable in U.S. dollars
Please have your student name and student identification number typed on the draft for proper credit to your account, and mail payment to the following address:

Special Third-Party Billing – USF offers third party billing, or Special Billing, to students whose employers or other outside agency will pay their tuition and/or fees and expenses. To learn more, visit the Special Third-Party Billing details.
VA Benefits – USF is authorized to administer VA education benefits to qualified individuals. For information on how to use your VA benefits to pay for tuition and mandatory fees, please visit our Veterans Affairs page.
