Basic Skills Requirement & Subject Matter Competency
Please carefully review the following information about the Basic Skills Requirement. Special Education Students must complete the Basic Skills Requirement (BSR) and Subject Matter Competency (SMR) prior to the start of the 2nd semester of the program.
Subject Matter Competency (SMR)
Candidates must complete the Subject Matter Requirement through one of five available options. Please review the CTC website for details on completing this requirement.
