Apply for AGSUSF Promotional Funding
AGSUSF Promotional Funding allows graduate student organizations (GSOs) the resources to advance the internal development of their organization through organization branding (i.e. table linens, banners, promotion items), organization uniform attire (i.e. shirts), and supplies. Funds granted by the GSS Finance Committee in this category cannot apply towards conference registration or travel, funding of research, individual membership fees, or sponsorship of recruitment or other events.
The total 2026–27 AGSUSF Promotional Funding budget is $5,000.
Eligibility
Any graduate student organization registered with Student Leadership and Engagement or the School of Law.
Award Limits
Registered graduate student organizations can apply for up to a total of $500 for the academic year.
Application
Application Deadline
All applications shall be submitted to the Finance Committee at least four (4) academic weeks prior to the date of the funds being needed.
Application Review
The Finance Committee will deliberate on all applications, which shall include a detailed budget, a proof of all proposed items, and a detailed description of how the items will contribute to the development of the organization.
No retroactive requests for access to this funding will be considered.

AGSUSF Promotional Funding allows registered Graduate Student Organizations (GSOs) the resources to advance the internal development of their organization through organization branding (i.e. table linens, banners, promotion items, etc.), organization uniform attire (i.e. shirts), and supplies (i.e. an organization related purpose).
Your organization must be a registered student organization through SLE or the School of Law. Additionally, all applications must be submitted to the Finance Committee at least four (4) academic weeks prior to the date of the funds being needed.

An acceptable development budget should look like an Excel table with estimated costs per item in the correct template. Please note: all items expected to be covered in AGSUSF Promotional award must be submitted at the time of application. The finance committee meets on a bi-weekly basis throughout the academic year. The finance committee does not meet during holidays or school breaks.
An organization can apply multiple times as long as the total is not exceeding $500 per academic year.
