2019 Go Move Challenge: Week One Recap

Published Friday, February 1

At one day into the seventh annual Go Move Challenge, faculty and staff from 23 participating AJCU institutions, ,including the AJCU staff, are already logging some impressive numbers! In this friendly fitness competition, minutes of movement are recorded on the Go Move Challenge website to determine which Jesuit institution is the most active during the month of February. If your university is playing, but you haven’t signed up yet, there is still time! See below for information on how to register and play.

Remember, the more you exercise (i.e. intentionally cause a moderate increase in your breathing or heart rate), the better the chance your university has of winning three awards this year: (1) the university with the most minutes and (2) the university with the highest average number of minutes per participant, and (3) the region with the most minutes.

Please share your team-building pictures and stories throughout the month with the hashtag #GoMoveChallenge on our Facebook page, Instagram page, and Twitter page!
